Mt. Tabby Springs is part of a State program, Firewise, that assists with fire safety and risk reduction. Part of this program includes hours worked to eliminate fire hazards on Tabby Mountain. Please complete and submit the 'In Kind Hours' form that can be found on this site under 'Documents'. When completed, the form can be emailed to jkbrogdon21@yahoo.com. Once received, the hours worked are entered in the Firewise program to maintain our 'Good Status' with the State. Maintenance
Road ReportThe County brought up gravel and shale towards the end of last year. Some of the roads have been graded and are in better condition.

Annual water invoices were sent out in May 2024. Please keep your email and billing address up to date to ensure timely delivery. If you have not paid your past due balance, please remit as soon as possible. A balance of 2+ years is subject to water being shut off at the expense of the property owner. |
Annual MeetingThe Annual Meeting was held on June 22, 2024 at 10:00 am at the Tabiona Town Hall. The meeting minutes can be found under the Documents tab. The minutes will be reviewed and approved at next year's meeting.
Rules & RegulationsMt. Tabby Springs water can only be used in the Mt. Tabby Springs defined geographical location. Water cannot be moved or transported to another location. Property owners are not authorized to allow anyone to remove water from the premises.
Mt. Tabby Springs is a seasonal community - year round water is not guaranteed to homes. The water system is treated from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Rules are in place to protect the water system for the community. The system can be contaminated if not managed appropriately - prior approval is required before working on water lines. 1. The Water Master must be notified before any water line work begins on any property. If the Water Master is not available, please contact the board President or Vice President. 2. A work order must be approved by the Water Master/Board President or Vice President. Work order will contain a description of the proposed work, materials used, property owner, contractor (including contact details), and if the main water line needs to be shut off. 3. All expenses are the responsibility of the property owner. Failure to obtain authorization could result in the water to the property being shut off and any expense incurred as a result of violation will be charged to the property owner Water Fees
